Imagine:
For a Christmas dinner a few years ago I made a full roast duck. It was a pain scouring the skin like every 20 minutes or so to release the fat from under the skin, but in the end it ended up being delicious and the best part? Having several cups of duck fat to cook with for the next few weeks.
