Small changes to the forum (graphics and colors)

New forum is great, although it is quite sad. Colors are dark and there is little graphics. I think we should change that. New background and brighter colors would do great.

I personally love the look. I think it feels nice and steampunky. And it's definitely much, much better than the old one.

And it would be great to be able to change timezone, because I can't get my head around whichever one the forum is using by default.

I think that timezone is GMT -5.

Although the font colour is a bit darker than white, I think it's good. A huge improvement over the previous.

Under Modify Profile -> Look and Layout you ought to be able to set your timezone.
