Problem with mask and payment

Hey. I bought a mask in the in-game store for 1 dollar. Screenshot attached(last payment) in e-mail. But the mask never appeared on my account! I ask to solve this problem or to return 1 dollar to Steam account.

send a mail to feedback@musegames.com so they can investigate the issue and give you the mask
