Need help with screen instructions.

Okay my problem is:
everytime i enter a battle, i see the controls on the middle of the screen in a grey square, like if it was a tutorial.
I can't turn this off and i played all the tutorials. Help pls.

Go to the options menu, there should be a way to turn of tutorial text in there.
