Don't use the R F throttle keys. Try rebinding to the mouse buttons. Rebinding keys is essential for efficiency.

My 1234 is F mouse3 mouse4 Q (Side mouse buttons). Chem/buff first, hydro/spyglass last.

Shift and control are voice chat (Caps for TS). C map, X tab, V captain spot (thumb buttons).

Unless you are ramming into terrain, don't end a ram in full forwards. Ideally you want to be burning in full reverse at the end of the ram. This keeps you in position, the last thing you want is to knock yourself off.
