Pffkt, this is getting amusing. Let's link this argument to more modern controversial issues!

YOU CAN'T "FIX" ME FROM BEING A WRENCH-CARRYING GUNNER!!! JUST BECAUSE I WASN'T BORN AN ENGINEER DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING!!!

this is a serious conversation, pipe wrenchers smacking around are not to be considered. If we do, next thing is scientologists trying to prove we are souls trapped in a volcano by ancient aliens

I carry spanner in first slot. I can fix whatever the hell I want. Just try to stop me, that is what the second slot mallet is for.

Manner                         Spallet
Mallet Spanner                            Spanner Mallet

Manner is for people who use the number keys.
Spallet is for people who use the scrollwheel.

Manner is best

What are you people on about? Mallet (kerosene) is front side mouse button, spanner (Phoenix claw) is back side mouse button. Your third goes on left control. Throttle is scroll wheel, and the numbers are too far away for a busy pilot's fingers so nothing goes there.

I don't know what this mallet spanner debate is.

Obviously the One True Loadout is Hydro, Claw, Moonshine. :P

(but when i do engie I'm a Mallet in 1, spanner in 2 type of engie)

No, No, No

Throttle up is front left mosue button
throttle down is back left mouse button
stamina is front right mouse button
map is back right mouse button

numbers are for tools
scroll wheel disabled

Good luck activating Phoenix claw while diving and turning and trying to talk to your crew. There's just not enough fingers to do everything!

I actuakly do it all the time and phoenix claw stays on because i dont have a gaming keyboard. All the button presses dont register
 Very annoying.

Gonna be too difficult to change habits now.

As a Moderator with about 2500 hours in this game.

The correct loadout is Range-Finder, Pipewrench, Chemspray.

To defeat the enemy, you must know their proximity to your guns.

By the way, not trying to be creepy or anything, but I think I've found you on facebook, Mann. In case you were wondering who the hell that guy with weird profile picture with even weirder name who invited you is.

Unless you know and ignored it on purpose. Or it's not you. No idea.

Aye, I did get a random request on facebook a couple of weeks ago but I didn't know who it was. I use facebook mainly for messenger with my family and rarely use it aside from the occasional post which I'm tagged (I'm guessing you found me through the GOIO facebook  :P , that tag wasn't supposed to happen)...

If you wish though, feel free to add me on Steam, You can find me under Mr.D's friendlist.  :)
I'm much more active on Steam than Facebook

Yeah, fair enough. Maybe better, cause by default, my entries on facebook (if it's not the music I share) are in Polish, so what good that would be for you. ^^

Will try to find. Nickname's on steam is different, but still follows the key of being a bird.

I kind of imagined you differently. Weird.

Close, it's Space (neutral/chem/buff), MouseButton1, MB2, Q (hydro/spyglass). Alt is jump
Numbers are F1 F2 F3 etc.

That's without AutoHotKey...
