(Carn) "When I say trade ship, I refer to a ship built for trading, not a modified warship. However, a galleon modified in that way makes a good substitute, and mobulas have a large amount of deckspace."

(Ingur) "Oh yeah, Gunhild told me about that time you had to repel 100 feet off a mobula, bet that was fun."

(Carn) shudders "I did that more than once, Shock Drops are a pain. I prefer Squid Jumps."

(Ingur) "What was that one again?"

(Carn) "Squid flies in low and fast, and you pretty much just jump off, Shock Drops they fly you way up high, then descend at insane speeds, after that you repel or jump off. The need for rapid elevation change is why they use mobulas for that."

"...Or you could just constantly vent and piss off your engis."

[Carn]

(Carn) "They were...... combined with the mobulas abilities, well. You learned not to eat beforehand."

(Ingur) "Gunhild kept saying about all the grunts who tried to tough it out and lost there lunch."

(Carn) "I preferred to play it smart, then act tough. But yeah, you eat before that and you can kiss your lunch goodbye when it comes back up."

"Pft, soldiers.  I'm not saying it's pleasant, but in basic training every Guild crewman and pilot is put through just that."

[Carn]

(Carn) "Again, I played it smart. I listened to what the high ups said. And I thought you hated the Guild? You called them a bunch of pricks. In any event, I highly doubt they had to repel 100 feet while being shot at, and land battle ready immediately after said drop. The drop itself usually was a few thousand feet."

(Ingur) fingering her carbine "Boys.... no pissing contests while I have a hangover."

"I was born and raised in the Guild.  I decided I didn't want to be in it, built a Junker, and left.  They sent ships after me.  End of story."

*Turns to Ingur*

"Again, quick to go straight for physical violence.  I know you're intelligent enough to come up with a better solution than that."

*Turns back to Carn.*

"Of course.  You learned quick to skip breakfast those days.  And no, but they had us do it so many times you're accustomed to it.  And about the bullets... I run a trading operation.  I ferry valuable goods.  That should be enough for you to figure it out."

[Carn]

(Carn) "Ahh, didn't know, and please just humor her. She has a low tolerance for male grandstanding, more so when she is hungover. And we got used to it alright, if we didn't they'd chew us out."

(Ingur) "At the moment the alcohol, or rather the after effects, have impeded that part of my brain. And its mostly the volume your speaking at that's the problem."

(Carn) "I don't think Hellfire agrees with you."

(Ingur) face turning slightly green "I think you may be right."

[Koali]

"Yeah, Shaded, show some tact! She's intelligent, but she's hung over. Give her a break, will you? Nestor, do we have any pain relievers?"

{[AI] Resident Pharmacist Nestor} "Right here, sir."

*Hands two pills to Ingur.*

"And possibly a bucket?"

{[AI] Pail Master Nestor} "Right here as well."

*Puts a bucket in front of Ingur.*

[Carn]

(Ingur) swallows the pills with some water "Thanks.. in his defense I was a tad impatient when they were going at it before we left for the catacombs."

(Carn) "A tad?"

(Ingur) "Well you two wouldn't shut up and we needed to go."

"And WHO'S fault is it that she's hung over?"

[Koali]

"Hers, but partly mine for making the Hellfire. And partly all of us, because we didn't exactly stop her. So yeah, logically it's all your fault."

*Puts a paper party hat on Shaded's head. The hat bears the name "Shinkurex" in big, bold letters.*

[Carn]

(Ingur) "I just dont understand it, I've drunk over 2 gallons of mead in one night with barely a headache, but this stuff."

[Koali]

"Ingur, Hellfire is a whole order of magnitude stronger than engine-grade moonshine. Mead is an order of magnitude mellower than moonshine."

[Carn]

(Ingur) "That type of moonshine has grease and other ingredients in it that make it not suitable for human consumption."

(Carn) "If you want to drink Hellfire then go slowly. And yeah i can confirm she can drink that much mead. She is the reigning Mead Queen of Kinforth. You wouldn't believe how many mercs she's drunk under the table."

"I might be interested in a drinking contest.  I don't usually drink to drunkenness, so I would imagine you'd win, but it'd be fun until the next morning."
