He takes the bottle that Carm is handing to him

He swigs some of the bottle
"Eugh..."
He spits it out
"Vinegar...hit me again"

pulls out another

"must've been stored wrong or something, and i told you, i dont think hes a robot, he's kinds squishy if ya poke him."

He pokes the kirby thing
"Huh...sorta like whale blubber...Anyway, what's that pile of scrap?"
He takes a swig of the bottle
"Hmm, cider...well, it may have been apple juice when it went in..."

shrugs

"i grew up drinking grog and mead"

"Fair enough, I grew up with the merchant guild, but i don't really identify with them...I grew up drinking whatever we didn't trade off..."

"Old stereotype back home about the Guild, they'd sell they're own mother if the thought they could get enough of a profit.  Of course Angleans dont really have the most pleasant reputation either, as a people we heavily disagree with hereditary power, which has caused more then a few spats with the Baronies the Empire and even the Order a bit.  Combined with that we have few materials which has led to raiding being a popular career, and that some raider bring back thralls, which is a practice that i personally disagree with.  Put all that together on top of the fact we are usually mistrustful of outsiders and you get a reputation for being non to pleasant.  Thats why i'd have to escort you in to Kinforth, otherwise you'd have to pay a hefty fee and sit through a few weeks of red tape at the least."

"Not a problem, i spent to much time abroad to think completely like your stereotypical Anglean, and besides i need to get back to Kinforth, i have a fiance back there, and her elder sister happens to be my old CO, very long story, anyways i personally want to see her, i also dont want her sister putting a hit on me for breaking her little sister's heart."

He laughs
"Alright, when was the last time you saw her?"

"2 months, if we dont leave for the job soon im going to have to go there instead.  She's a sweet lass, red hair, grey eyes and she's quite smart."

"I think I heard about that guy, actually... I think he was involved with beginning the thing, actually.  Beyond that I don't know.  And I have maps, it's parts I'm looking for.  I'd KILL to tinker with some of the pre war stuff I've seen in Yesha, and I can't imagine what I'd find in Anglea..."
