The Gandalf one happened to me today, I was a gunner ready for Lumberjack, and last second he changed ship, when we got into the match he asked if we were okay with the new guns... Wouldn't be a problem if it was anything other than a flak fish with flamer against enemy crew who know how to chem....
By my advice he popped balloon with ram, we managed to keep him locked.down until.hull break, loch flak initiated and we got a kill.
