Eh no problem, so long as we don't go The Skies Have No Limits level of posting drought we'll be fine. But with four people posting regularly enough we should be fine.
Onto the actual on-going narrative I can't think of an an actual reason to give any of my characters a reason to deny Alister boarding. Davis doesn't particularly care about the prisoners, after all they're a bunch of raiders who tried to kill him and one of them is a psychopath who he would feel much safer without him on the ship, and most preferably dead. Reagan on the other hand doesn't have a reason to deny him either, more concerned with the retrieval of extremely valuable resources and while in a boarding action damage is more or less guaranteed so long as it's repairable she'll be fine. Now if she thought they couldn't handle the boarding action maybe she would deny them but:
1.) They have Alister.
2.) As far as I know they haven't raided the armory at any point and are mostly unarmed aside for the shipboard weapons, which despite being powerful are also useless in a boarding action once the party reaches the ship, and are also disablable.
Now the only character I can personally think of who would have an issue is Frey, because he would much prefer having the good doctor alive to get information out of. And knowing that Carn also doesn't like him would influence him to keep them away from each other in a combat situation.
And even if we recaptured him Reagan is liable to just shoot him dead rather than keep him alive.
