Hungry Carn says differently. Anyways, the Hangar Bay is PART of the ship Koali. It's not a separate building. It's just a REALLY big room with ships, planes, tanks, and a rocket craft..........the ship is freaking huge OK?

So huge he mistook it for a separate building. That and there is a door into the ship and towards the armory.
