So what have you found to be a cool combo to make your character sexy/cool.
I even challenge people to try cosplays.

Currently looking for Mad Moxxi and Archer. I think it's highly possible.
I've even seen a few people try to use that christmas hat and make a lil elf and santa set. Dying certain costumes red and equiping the beard.

Also can some high lvl vets tell me the unlockable costumes you get? That way I dun make the mistake of buying them only to realise I get them later (spent nearly a whole year getting the bicorn-nuff said). The shops might make me feel less cheated if they tell you that the item is unlockable when you highlight it on the shop.

I still go through the same thing. Though it appears only specific items will have the "This item is unlockd at level __" thing when you move your cursor over them. Nonetheless, I too looked for an answer in regards to what clothing is unlocked at what level.

However, I have learned that over time in this game, the unlocks change very frequently, so an exact "list" of what will be unlocked when is hard to determine. At least in the rewards section it tells at what level something will be unlocked.

I went standard costume, but dye the vest gray and the shirt red for gunner, green for engi, and blue for pilot.

I'm curious if you can unlock dust rider.

The previously kick starter exclusive costume. I'll upload screenshots soon of what I've done.

Dust rider is buyable now, but I don't think unlockable.  Those that did the kickstarter get something exclusive on it - a medal or something.

I thought the items do tell you what's unlockable in the shop, and what achievement/level is required to get it.  There's some unlockable items that aren't in the shop at all, though - and I don't know what all they are.

If you come across any that are unlockable but don't say so in the flavor text, I'd let Muse know feedback@musegames.com

thanks for the dust rider info. I have bought it (got the hat too). Here's hoping I don't get it later.

and no. it doesn't say in the shop. none of the ones I've seen anyway (understandable, muse does need to make money-though it is underhanded), I do have quite a few items in my inventory-maybe after lvl 28 costumes are unlock exclusive. It does say when its unlocked in progress. But you don't know what is unlocked until you actually have the item.

Hence having a lvl 45 confirming these unlocks would be helpful. As the details are still retained when they are highlighted.

I have the Khovansky Special Costume, dyed Carmine Red, with a Cream under shirt.  On my engi it has a newsboy cap, dyed some red colour, and engineer goggles.  Pilot has Widow's Peak, and gunner has the workshop breathing mask and a buzzcut.  I'll see if I can't screenshot 'em later.

Kinda sad I can't change the colour of the shades or find blue shades and mess around with hair without sacrificing the hat.

I guess it sorta counts as a magician costume. Currently there is no clothe set that looks like it'll fit the witch hat.

Fallen hero cap (Yes I have flights of icarus) and dust rider. No special dyes.


Took me a full year to get this bicorn.


My ever continuing quest to make a wizard engie. The hat use to be a normal top hat. I intend to eventually buy the shaded glasses to replace the goggles. Still though I want a freakin wizard hat. Closest there is, is the 1st anniverary hat that I will never have...


Pretty standard. I just picked a cheap hairstyle to go with it. I would go for ciggy which I do have after lvl up. But it doesn't look as good as a pipe. The scars look really good in this.

I know engie 34 gets steam pipe and apparently gunner 34 get lost tribe.
