Red vs Blue in Guns of Icarus?

As long as the series is unique, and does not copy anything that was trademarked by RvB, there would be no grounds to sue. That would pretty much mean not to name the series Red vs. Blue, use the same characters, hotlink or edit original pictures and scenes for the GoI:O series' use, copy scripts, etc. Simply making a web series about a video game is not trademarked. Otherwise, if the show made up its own plot, characters, and names, it would be totally fine.

I can write scripts, act, or whatever you need me for. I do have Fraps, but I do not have good editing software.

This sounds like its going to be a lot of fun, and I wanna be in on it.

Dibs for being Caboose! Or possibly Sarge... Nah just kudding, but this is rather interesting. I recall Qwerty having some interest in making a machinima as well.

The big problem I can see in this is that the acutual player models in GoIO doesn't have that many animations, and so the footage might be a bit stale.
