Auto-equip the Pipe Wrench.

   As many of you are aware, newbies often come into this with the Spanner auto-equipped because they haven't edited their load outs. This is absurdly annoying as they try repairing an object as a gunner or pilot with the Spanner, which prevents engineers from repairing objects, and gets nothing done. My suggestion is to auto-equip the Pipe Wrench so they can at least be somewhat useful, rather than giving them 1 of the non-neutral repair items.

For a gunner I can see this being true, but I religiously take a spanner for my one pilot repair tool. It's just my opinion that a pilot needs to be on the helm even when things are dire, but a quick rebuild of nearby components can save you.

I'm not aware of the defaults currently, but for a gunner, a pipe-wrench default would be totally acceptable. Pilots have a bit more option.

i believe gunner default is pipe wrench.
