Cloud physics and maps

Randomize Cloud Physics:

- Appearance: Make them enter on all points of the map randomly so no part of the map is untouchable by clouds. Might limit sandclouds to not affect spawnpoints.
- Size: No need to add to cloud coverage of maps as is but rather keep the same amount but clouds of different sizes would also feel natural.
- Speed: All clouds should move if there's even the slightest breeze. Canyon could have slower clouds in middle but with air pockets of clear view since the rocks are there too.

Hard to find examples to describe what i mean about the added randomness but.. maybe some parts in these.

Why?
Would feel more realistic and natural. Would make the game more interesting and lively. Sneaky tactics and even luck could make a difference.
I'd like to see an environmental tweak for a change since weapons are fairly ok.

Maps:
More maps like 4p and 6p versions of the existing 8p ones to begin with. And a maplist to set a maprotation.

Raid on the Refinery Deathmatch please! 3v3 red sepulcher, 2v2 water hazard would be awesome too.

And i pretty much agree completely on the clouds.

The whole cloud system needs to be redone at some point. You have some clouds sitting still, some clouds moving, and some clouds killing your ship.

Dust clouds?

Maybe Phil mistook a cloud for a sky whale.
