Try logging in and out, also attempt clearing your cache.

I'm not really understanding your issue. If your account is linked to the one in the game it should all be displayed properly.

also give it a day to update. Make sure you're tag is on in the game.

I tried re-logging on the forum and clearing my cache with no effect. I have been in Overwatch for about 6 months with the same clan tag and I am a level 12 pilot. It currently shows me as a 2 gunner, 1 engineer, 1 pilot, with no clan tag. A bit of a difference there.  ;)

I know it is linked to the right account, because I tried changing the email and it complained to me when I started up GoIO, so the email is correct, as is the username.

Hi, I have reported the same problem that happened to a different user, Muse said that the forum account and game account were somehow disconnected.  Send an email to feedback@musegames.com and they will fix it all up.
