Does descending also increase forward speed? If so then here's how it could go:

-Get yourself a tailwind
-Activate buffed moonshine with an engi camping each turning engine with a spanner and another camping the main engines
-Once top speed has been hit, use chute vent for a fraction of a second before switching back to moonshine and descending. Use the lasting effects of chute vent to come crashing down.

I would love to see the kind of speed you could hit with that.
