Kickstarter Physical Rewards

So I donated to the kickstarter package that had a few physical rewards. I have yet to hear anything about when or even IF these are still going to be sent out.  Been quite a few months now with no update :/

I'm pretty sure that some of them have been sent out, but Muse is still working away at getting the rest of the stuff ready. Remember, they're a small team, and it takes time

I got mine. They answered this today that they are being sent out but it is taking time for Muse to do it all on their own. They also noted they are waiting on some of the swag to arrive. Think they noted the art book for sure was held up.

If you watch any of the fireside chats they address that. Also they are intentionally not selling swag on their website out of respect to the kick starters, even to the loss of profit for themselves.

I'm in Australia and I received my swag a good month ago. I received a poster and badge. Postage times may differ depending on how much you contributed and what items you will get.

Hmmm.... I havent received any of the physical rewards from the Captain's Certificate (Limited) . 
To be honest, I completely forgot about my pledge. 

The Kickstarter page says they will be sent june 2014.
Did I miss something? Should I have taken action?
I received the digital goodies long ago.

Thanks. I mailed them and got an answer in a few hours.
Its good I mailed them, apparently they hadnt sent me a package at all. They are taking care of it now.
Awesome customer service btw, you dont get that often.
