I ban Queso for not paying enough attention to that loading bar. It is probably done by now but did you even notice? Some one worked hard to make that loading bar and the very least you can do is sit there an watch it to completion.

I ban Hamster because unless a loading bar is amusing, there is not much reason to constantly watch it.

I ban Carn because too much of my life is loading bars

If I ever needed a name for a cyberpunk drinking establishment though, I would definitely call it The Loading Bar

I ban Queso for trying to wiggle out of providing cheese based snacks at his Loading Bar establishment. I want to eat a Quesadilla in a bar owned by Queso while making the cheesiest joke I can think of.
