It needs to be within the set time period for that round, as indicated by the scheduling guide linked above, and not on the same hour as a previously scheduled match. The deadline for Round 2 is this Sunday at 2pm EDT.

at least one day prior. I highly recommend including an
Event Time Announcer link, with the event name set as "<Team X> vs <Team Y>".
Community eSports will internally decide who will be recording and commentating the match. At the scheduled match start, we will setup a lobby for your match with the first rolled map. We will make a local recording of the match, which will be edited and broadcast the following Sunday at 7pm EDT. There will also be a short pre-game interview before each match with a captain from each side.
