In all honesty I have been following the Lord Dick approach to dealing with Zill. He is on my friends list mostly so I can avoid his games. When I was a new player I mostly remember the curb stomping I would get in lobbies filled by people who would one day become the Merry Men. It developed an irrational fear of Zill that I carry to this day.

When ever I hear some one harassing a level 1 pilot who just joined the lobby, I tell them "Be careful, that could be Zill's alternate account." I don't know if Zill has an alternate account but the possibility he does is enough to scare some people into acting more civilly.
