Usually, we would like 1 exp player per boat. Doesn't matter the position. I even step away from the helm sometimes to let the new guys get a feel for it

I would like to be put on as a US captain. Also willing to host matches in Sandbox to help newbies learn more about ships in a less competitive setting.

I've just checked the Teachers list, you are already signed, so you should be able to join beginners matches as fast as Muse react.
