There aren't really tiers per say, cupcakes are the term we use for newly joined cakes and that's about it really. As for joining, you're welcome to join us, just remember to change your clan tag to Cake and join the steam group, add as many of us as you can in game and join us for some matches! Also do note there is a major even currently going on and as such Cakes participating bear the CW clan tag for Cake Watch so add them too!
