read about a new possible ship?

I'm on my mobile so please excuse any typo's...

Whilst I was perusing the web with my gargantuan digits on my diminutive android. (Big fingers.. tiny phone) I came across and odd forum mentioning a new ship class and possibly a fixed front gun. I remember a CA named 'lord dick tim' had talked about it. What's the validity of this?

It was an old prototype that never got used in-game. Now it's scenery for the refinery map.

...or he might have been talking about the heavy howitzer that sadly never got in-game either. This was supposed to be immobile on itself, counting on the captain to aim it with the whole ship.
