making models
« on: September 12, 2016, 07:03:05 pm »
As a dedicated player to GOIO i having finally reached a point where i would like to make things for the game. i have used solidworks and autocad before in school however due to budgeting reasons i will be using blender. I was wondering if someone could make some tutorials on how to make costume items ships and weapons that can be scaled properly into GOIO. This would help us a lot. Ultimately i probably need to get my hands on in game models to do so. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Relevant stuff. http://gunsoficarus.com/steam_workshop/

I just cut the head off the model and move the bone down to 0,0, and model on top of that. Your scaling and orientation will automatically be correct.
