Block all PMs while streaming

I believe there should be a feature to block all PMs.  There have certainly been at least a couple of times where I have, errrr. ummm, sort of accidentally PM'd people while they were streaming.  Primarily this would help prevent disruption or trolling of streams, but also prevent PMs from senders who would not expect their messages to be made public.

Default "Y" will disable all chat in spectator mode... this not only prevents what you're suggesting, as well as match chat in the event that unsportsmanlike conduct is observed... Outside of spectator mode, casters can always place an overlay over the chatbox, or as Urz does it, fade out to a "Loading" screen of sorts

Yes it would be good to be able to disable all the different parts of the HUD while you are playing as well as spectating.

You are not able to disable the notification popups so even if you have chat switched off in spectate, PMs will still be displayed in the notifications.
