something just as confusing (like GOIO) and more arcade like (like GOIO).

sea of thieves would be GOIO if GOIO developed into an MMO with a consistent world, objectives, and other shit. From what I have seen.

As far as single ship crew based games, sure. Sea of Thieves seems more adventury, while Blackwake is much more of a match based ship simulator. The gameplay and look of Blackwake remind me a lot of the Napoleon DLC for Mount and Blade Warband, just on a ship.

Pulsar:Lost Colony is another crew based ship game that has a lot of the GOIO crew feel, at least while in combat.
