The Pit / Re: Tits, wherein we discuss about great tits.

are you sure? wiki says:

The Great Tit (Parus major) is a passerine bird in the tit family Paridae. It is a widespread and common species throughout Europe, the Middle East, Central and Northern Asia, and parts of North Africa in any sort of woodland.

here's a great tit:

Personally i find this tit here the best one:

It's the blue tit. He's so beatiful and really looks badass if you think about it. read some wiki about this great tit:

"The Blue Tit (Cyanistes caeruleus[2] or Parus caeruleus[3]) is a small passerine bird in the tit family Paridae. The bird is easily recognisable by its blue and yellow plumage, but various authorities dispute their scientific classificatio"

So GoiO, what are your favourite tits?

Never really thought about it. But logically even if it's hot air it should pump up beginning on the top like:

since the balloon always lifts the ship but not when completly destroyed it should deflate against the top.

I have mixed feelings about that. The pilot would certainly benefit from that. I always felt that only three tools is quite the challange. Considering that you never need to take a gun on the ship the ammo slot becomes kinda useless. Having that spare fourth one could change the game quite a bit. The hullgineer has a buff hammer as a fourth tool or either a chem-exinguisher combo (one to remove and the other to prevent stacks). The Gungineer keeps his current loadout with spyglass and buff. Perhaps drop the spyglass for a fire extinguishing tool. The gunner would.. gun the ship? I don't think taking away a repair tool from him to be a good idea. You're happy for a little indipendence there.

But maybe new roles on the ship would emerge from that. Main engineer suddenly becomes a more important role or you could combo the gungineer and hullgineer.

I remember this being discussed before. For the skirmish mode I don't think ships manned by six would be a good idea. The balancing would need to be reconsidered. The ships siize would be much too big for some maps to maintain a certain fairness and difficulty for the engineer. With two gunners and two engineers it would be a perma shooting ship with all around repairs. even for the player itself it would become boring. The challange would not fit with the  current ones avaible.

I'm not quite sure what this would add to he game. How did you think the difficulty would be raised by that? I don't really get it.

I love that you can get stuck and all of a sudden you accelerate to the speed of light and implode. I understand that impacts on anything should do you damage. It's also a funny way to kill your oponents if ya ram them against buildings. But I get stuck on stuff quite often aswell. I hope they find a way to fix this soon.

Swizy, a heatsink tool to reduce the ship's component's ignitability (is that a real word?) does exist. It is called chem spray and should be used by engineers.

Oh I didn't knew that, my mistake. But why then are you able to buff engines if you can use kerosine? Let the engineer do the work I say!

Na let's be serious. With the new fire update it wouldn't be that useless. There would be penalties of course. such as less manouverability or speed decrease. You wouldn't be able to extinguish but maybe decreasing ingitability (I think it's a real word) chances or fire will be harder to get stacked.

I once thought of something like a heatsink tool for the pilot could be useful. It reduces stacks of fire on your ship or would make the engines invulnerable to fire. That tool would only make sense though if your up against a lot of fire power.
