Huskarr, who for some reason was able to endure the madness decides to leave. Due to his clumsiness he falls and kicks a pebble by accident.  This Pebble hits one of the worshippers in the head. The worshipper dies because the pebble hit them in the exact spot where a bullet once struck them. The worshipper falls over onto a rubber ducky that makes a squeaky noise.  This noise causes a stray fog to run towards the toy. On it's way there the dog hits Freud who falls onto the button.  This presses the button.

I dont' see what's wrong with destroying mobula's up/down capabilities if another ship replaces it (spire)

shit: I would much rather have a spire go up/down really fast than a mob. That thing has a heavy weapon. Do you realize how kick ass it would be to have the ability to do long range WITH A LUMBERJACK. You would be able to DODGE properly  while still BEING BALANCED because of the spires frame.

The spire is perfect for Up/Down

I really hope muse at least tries it. it is so fitting.

please try it, muse

just alter the value

I know it only takes about 40 minutes. please. please!

If I remember correctly the spire should have amazing up and down acceleration and speed lore wise.  The Spire is a Baronies border "patrol" ship. It sits in the bottom of a small valley and waits for other ships to come and then rises to their level and finishes it of. A higher armor value would also be useful for this kind of ship, because if you loose the armor and receive perma damage you won't be able to run to the mechnic shop. The Spire would have good turning capabilities because of physics (just like the balloon) and because it would be facing many fast ships (Anglean raiders should have fast ships imo for raiding and the Chaladonian's developed the squid and the shrike).

Chief Engineer Huskarr.

History:
He graduated from the Chaladonian Engineering academy with 16 and has travelled the world for the last two years (he's 18). He has spent a lot of time in The Arashi League where he learned to not repair by the book.

Looks:
He is 1.73m tall and has a "puberty beard" as he calls it. It grows on his chin his mustach and the sideburns.  It's not much but he's proud of it. His hair is shoulder long and he ties up the top half. He usually wears a blue top with a pink scarf and a strange contraption on his back (i.e. boiler room outfit). He has many pockets and a massive tool belt for every situation he could imagine.

Character: He is a very shy and quiet person. Once he warms up to you he'll be a lot more open, but still an introvert,
often preferring the company of his engines over humans. He is a nice guy but he'll say his opinion when asked for it, which sometimes results in trouble for him. He is a little bit crazy and randomly meows sometimes and often mumbles to himself especially when thinking very hard (a great way to write how and what he is repairing). He also will without asking destroy the work of other engineers if he knows he can do better and has no trouble admitting his mistakes. And he uses sarcasm a lot.

Likes and dislikes:
Likes: -Engineering
-Chaos
-Potato salad the way his mother makes it
-flare guns which he affectionately calls Beca
-Anglean Automatons, the reason he wants to travel to Anglea and won't stop pestering Angleans.
-Water and tea (doesn't drink anything else)
-food in general
-swords

Dislikes: -Nobility
- arrogant pricks
-guns
-superficial people

Through this Huskarr appears.
He pulls out his screwdriver and fixes the button.  He then proceeds to close all eventual rips in space-time with a single mallet whack.
"this should be working again without breaking the dimensions"
He then pushes the button to test it.

I would rather they change the model entirely to make it harder to hit. I don't much care for hidden stats.

Yo! I heard you like smaller Spires. Well the boys over at Solidus's MS Paint Shop decided to hook you up.

Newbluud, say hello to your new ship.

I also really like the patch.  Big fan of the new victory screen and the changes to practice mode. So keep those, imo. I love the new skins and want more. Love the new title, I'm just not sure if I like the fact that my clan was already level 15 when I logged in today. I got myself all exited about levelling with my mates, but I also get all the rewards from day one so yay.

The new hit markers look really stylish and I feel that the are kinda dumbed down. I like the fact that the old hit markers gave you 3 types of information,  while the new ones only portray 2 unless you think around the corner. Most people (myself included) probably prefer the old ones cause we're used to them.

I'd also like to be able to see the objects again by pressing the map button,  additional to the change in how you show the objectives. It's just really useful to know how many points you need to get in cp and ck

I was spire hunting with ser Steffen earlier today. we were on a squid, when Steffen said that he'd go full on tryhard now.

He then started whispering the orders to the crew while throwing in the occasional sneaky sneaky.

It wasn't a single quote, but the moment felt so hilarious to me I nearly fell of my chair.

Feedback and Suggestions / Re: Get rid of vet game. Get rid of novice.
« on: February 14, 2016, 01:40:27 pm »
The problem with vet matches is that they're opt-in and it can be intimidating for captains to press the Vet Matches button. Instead it should be opt-out where if you're in a crew form with all 30+ it automatically searches for vet matches, but with the option to opt-out

that's basically what I said/ment sorry if this wasn't clear

id say keep them, and id also say make them mandatory, not optional.

I don't think that that is going to work. We don't have enough players. Novice should be mandatory if available. And I do enjoy playing with certain non-vets. On the other hand I want to play in more vet games, maybe one should make them the default option. Swap the 2 buttons of the matchmaker maybe.

GoIO is just a bad dream, when you fall you wake up and are back on the ship.. how many dreams are you inside of though..?

at least 21 cause I've fallen of a ship round about 20 times in one match.

don't judge I'm clumsy

There ya go.

yeah pretty much

I don't think the bunjee rope would work because youd get tangled up really quick and not be able to move at all

I've been thinking about this and I've come up with a sollution:

A belt with 2 miniature harpoons that you can fire while falling. You aim for your ship and then you are reeled in.

What do you guys think?
