I think it would be neat to have the flame thrower force the attacked crew to see the red peripheral vision despite the attacked crew's armor and health values. This would give the flamethrower a new element of panic induction. Look how the red peripheral cause people to abandon ship.

I'm kinda unhappy with the amount of still screen at the end. Next time Ill just fill it with loops. I'm not going to go back to "perfect" this though or else Ill never finish it because Ill keep finding things I want to change. I'm learning a lot, though. I honeslty never thought I would make a video this long even though I always had a desire to. I have to say it is really fun and I hope its something I continue to enjoy.

Gameplay / Mobula with 1 a.i

I took a top gat, top right flak, top left flare, two artemis mob yesterday.

My balloon engineer left and I had already failed once yesterday at managing a mob with one a.i and Ill be damned if I did it again.

I cycled between the repair balloon command (which worked - he would camp it if it was damaged), f3 (to repair the balloon side turn engine), and f2 (he would only man the artemis - he once went to hull side but that was quickly fixed when my hull engineer took the gun from the a.i). I was concerned he would get on the flak or gatling but I never had that issue (even if my gunner was not on the gat, the A.I would not try to go up there. The a.i stuck to the balloon side artemis).

It might work on hull side too.

So, yay me.

I think its important that A.I are made to be slightly more controllable.

A good start would be letting us control each individual A.I while continuing to use the current command system.

I know this game is meant to be played with others, but with Alliance coming out, there will be players who play alone (or with unfilled boats) and will quit the game / complain about bad A.I.

It has been proposed before on here but the thread went pretty unnoticed.

1-4 are pilot tools.

5-8 should select the A.I (and it can be rebound).
5=all
6=first a.i
7=second a.i
8=third a.i

I would personally have it bound as 5, T, G, V but thats just me.

I'm so hyped for Alliance.

I hated it at first, but you fixed the A.I. The A.I needs some polish (boss ships turn too fast, and give chase too easily, and they sometimes get stuck on terrain or will ignore completley)

But overall you did a great job. You convinced me from being an Alliance doubter to an Alliance supporter.

I still think the whole world map thing is lame as shit, but thats just me and its def a personal opinion. Like I said - its like a mobile game. kinda lame.

PVE is def needed in this type of game.

NOW - FIX YOUR UI SO THAT FRIENDING AND SHIT IS MORE FLUID.

Also, how do I block devs? I keep trying to block Keyvias but it won't let me.
