I take back the nice words I said about Mons.

Oh no! Don't do that. He is still an awesome guy! And is definitely active in recruiting in-game. Actually, I told him about the forums yesterday and he had no idea they even existed. He seemed like he wanted to get in on it, so I'm hoping he'll join us soon!

I could definitely do this.. but I am curious... why the pencil?...

Wondering how a pencil would look silhouetted... would it be clear enough?

I am not surprised you'd start your own clan, you're one of those "natural leader" types in personality, so I expect you to grow nicely and see more of your clan as you grow!

MightyKeb is right! But thank you, I have definitely taken recruiting into my own hands. (Sort of without permission, but how could you be upset with that? Haha). MonsTheGod is mostly a casual player, though, and doesn't really participate much in forum activity that I know of. Just decided it might be worth a try to post something up here. In-game we have grown quite a lot from our humble beginning. In our first day we grew 8 members. Since then it has been a bit slow, but we're still working on it.

Anyways, thanks, again! I'll take that as a compliment!

HAHA. YES. I share this difficult. They always seem to break too easily for me. And when I do a long range spire, I always get poo gunners:/

I agree with you goggles.
The carronade should be effective at killing balloons like it does now, but the constant engine kill and gun kills are just making the weapon the best solution to counter 80% of the game.

Yeah, I just wonder what ship they would make the beginner ship if they nerved it.

Hate: 100% Unrealistic Airships. In real life these things could never even glide.

Love: Interesting Airship structures. The Mobula may be unrealistic as can be, but it's a super fun take on Zeppelins.

Haha, true! But I love how ridiculous it is. I think that is what makes it enjoyable. The idea of just finding some old pirate ship and hooking a giant balloon on it sounds absolutely ineffective. But who cares! It looks wonderful.

What are some of the things in GoIO that you absolutely hate–that you might leave the game for? What kinds of things are awesome enough to keep you here day after day? Be descriptive. Maybe tell a story or two.

For me:

Hate  How appealingly overpowered Carronades are. Not only because of their direct damage, but also because of their ability to increase crew ineffectiveness by constantly pulling engineers away from other tasks. Also, the people that don't use mics. It can be a bit frustrating at times.

Love  The wonderfully humorous crowd of GoIO. The atmosphere of the game creates an environment in which people's humor can be the only thing keeping us all sane when the explosions are recking the hull and a flamer is setting everything alight. Also, the dedicated dev team working to satisfy every member of the community to the best of their ability. I've only been here for a few weeks, and already I can see how caring the Muse team is. It appears to me that GoIO is their baby–their only baby, and that makes me happy. I can rest comfortably knowing that I can come back to a game each day that is still watched over and worked on.

Hello, fellow destructive and youthful feline appreciating adventurer! Welcome to the recruiting thread for the Destructive Kitten clan!

Art thou a goodly tiny fur ball? Likest thou goodly tiny fur balls? Art thou a goodly tiny fur ball or person who doth like thou which hath been aforesaid to thineself, who perchance also likes to shoot down airships, maim innocent engineers, crash into things and set stuff on fire? Well then this is the clan for you!

You had better not be lactose intolerant, though. And if you are, you had better hope it is the “gentle farts” kind of lactose intolerant. Cause we make it rain milkshakes all day.

Milkshakes? Yes. Milkshakes. And by that we mean many shards of destroyed airship! *DROPS THE MIC* How do kittens hold a mic, you ask?! THEY DON’T. That is why I dropped it.

Who are we?!
We are a clan of fun loving, casual gamers who know how to get competitive in such great master pieces of ships as “Kitty Skittles” or “Die Move.” We enjoy humor, comedy, laughs, funny stuff, and things that tickle our fancy. Not to mention we enjoy activating die moves. We are an active clan that currently participates in casual pvp play, but are looking forward to moving towards competitive play once we grow to a large enough size. In the last 12 hours we have grown by 400% putting us at 8 members. We hope to continue this trend, but in order to do so, we need your help!
