Dan might be clever but he is not the best Grim around. I've been a secret Grim member since I joined guns of Icarus! I am well-known for my abnormal amount of use of moonshine and unfortunately have lost several main deck engineers over the years. But here in the Grim clan my reaping of the engines is appreciated and warmly welcomed! I am the sexiest Reaper of them all! If you think you have what it takes and can handle the reaping of my engines come aboard and take my main deck challenge on my SeppukuDasMoonShine Pyramidion! I am the best ramming captain the game has ever seen AND ALWAYS WILL BE. I am the Reaper of MoonShine!

Also Skydog totally had his name taken. It's all lies!

I can say that this problem is known and has been talked about a lot. I sent in a email with the idea of team mutes / ship mutes a long time ago and it was given good feedback from the Devs. Its been added to the list of possibilities that's what Matt has told me. But we probably wont see if for awhile but at least we know it's a thing that a good number of us are asking for. ^_^

The usual situation I have seen about this is a player harrasses another player, the CA asks the player to stop and leave the lobby etc. Then the player insult the ca which earns him a kick from the game. The player either comes back and earns a ban or stay silent and dont come back.
I have seen many times how Vesa managed to talk trolls and harassers out of being banned by making them realize their mistakes. - its just a better way to treat people before you ban them.

Community Ambassadors Do not police the game we are teachers / Guides for the game. Maybe you meant to say Mod and not CA but Ca's do not ask players to leave lobbies nor do they threaten players. If we find a troubled player the most we do is file a report or ask for a Mod to come handle the situation.  I strongly disagree with a lot of what you have said but you do make some small good points as well and that's where I will leave it at that.
