What if the 2v2 map is full, even the spectator's slots, everybody votes the 3v3 map but after that people leave because of the differend map's change. Then you still lose people and  the game will not launch. (you will still need extra people because of the 8 extra slots, + extra lobby waiting time)

I think it's quite hard and challanging to make a system that could support this.
 
What about this idea?
Make 2 games that finish around the same time merge with eachother? (like 2 european games that finished their game merging to a 4v4? Or let the people vote to merge those 2 games?)

Hmmm... That's a good point.  Maybe a way to track commendation percentage?  As it stands I don't really see the point of commendations.

That would change the map to, i think?  Because doing a raid on the refinery on 2v2 is quite boring I think ;-)

4. How do you create clans, is it even possible and if not why is it not possible? (if there is a way, maybe you should show how more clearly because I have yet to find it).

Yep, like sparklerfish already said,
Click in-game on the left top side on "Community < Clan list < Create clan" (Below the list of clans is the Create clan button)

There is one thing that is important for creating a clan : You need at least 5 people after 5 (or 7? cant remember) days. After that time the clan will be disbanded if you don't got that amount of people.

Seems like that isn't the case!

Someone made a nice rangefinder/Lumberjack guide on steam, takes 2 people to finish that off but oh well... Lots 'f fun :P

That would be reasonable yeah. (Maybe give it 100 armore + 20-25% armore buff bonus instead of a flat 30%?) 

And make it pierce through downtime, that would make it alot more usefull tho!  ;D

The ones that require you to grind actions that actively hinder your play is kind of dumb. Things like "extinguish with chem spray" - why isn't this "prevent fires with chem spray" instead?

And instead of "use X pilot tool for Y seconds" why not "complete this objective with pilot tools X times"? It could be much shorter - something like, "use hydrogen to ram a ship from below" or "chute vent to ram a ship from above", along with a much shorter "use X tool for Y seconds".

I think the Engineer one's are fine, but the pilots with the X amound of seconds is just not realistic.
This would also dramatically decrease the achievement farm on those pilot skills. (It's a pain for a engineer tho)

Just had another idea, if you stick two of them on the front of a pyra, imagine the super rams you could do with them! This would be very cool indeed :D

Putting a harpoon and a pallet gun on that pyra, total chaoss! ;-)

Maybe some overrides for the tools of the Engineer or differend bullet colours for the gunner.

This would spice things up a littlebit  ;)
