I never used it, what did it do exactly?
I like the small improvements/additions though!

It gave you many gunners. With wrong tools.
Or pilots.
Or engis who didn't know what to do.
They never quit or listen to the captain. Actually. some of them tried to take over the control on the ship, swearing alot.
Uuuugh, I've got a bad memory of that.
