This message was very serious indeed, hidden behind some sillines.

Camping in Guns has become a thing.
Do I care? No.

But some changes that has been made to this game are actually encouraging this behaviour by providing a more casual gameplay.

Ok, fine, is that what you understood reading my reply?
Let me explain.
I don't think "Casual" as a bad thing, nor I am a competitive/pro player in ANY game I own. Still there's a difference from a game (say CS) that emphasizes personal skills and games where you can do pretty much whatever you want to an extent that is the game itself to play for you. Guns used to be more on the "Serious" side, the learning curve was steep yet rewarding.

Also, Mines are starting to feel weaker and weaker against LIONGUNS, stamina and camping...

Do what you must, but don't touch our mines.

*hugs his mine murmuring "my prescious"*

I'll quit playing the day Muse nerf mines...

I think this is Pit-worthy. Also, I'm thinking Muse just needs to remove hull armor. I hate that it takes so long for LIONGUN to break it.
IKR, LIONGUN is too nerfed... pls MUSE fix and nerf pyra some more

It started as a gradual thing... Low level engineers ignored the rear left engine of every goldfish around, so Pilots stopped using helm tools, this left them weak to "LION GUNS EVERYWHERE" attacks, which broke everything on the ship, so the low level players would beg their captains to not move, this allowed them to play stationary sniper matches, like old school Dunes matches, except everyone was sniping with "LION GUNS BECAUSE DAKKA DAKKA 360NOSCOPE.BOOM!" except everyone was out of range, those who dared to attack spawn would find "DAKKA DAKKA LION GUNS!!!" camped by double gunner ships weilding spanners and an engineer with Chem, Ext and pipe wrench, because the engineer is only a fire fighter now, his job, to stop the balloon burning to death....

Now the most common tactic.is to take as many "LION GUNS TOU S.O.B!" into your spawn and waits...

It's rumoured some competitive teams are practicing this tactic in an attempt to force coin toss draws at competitions...
LION GUN OP!!!!!!!

I'd also like to remember how Desert Scrap used to be, now it's a LIONFEST.
Basically:
. Pick 3 galleons w/ 4 LIONGUNS(TM);
. Run inside the point
. Set the parking brake
. ? ? ?
. Profit
#JustStaminaThings #LionGun
All hail the liongun!

If you ask me, engines are too heavy and sometimes an unwanted waste of space.
Just like the helm.
Let's remove those engines from the Spire and bring back her fixed-turret operation as a lot of people would really enjoy that. (Not me but still)

Sincerely a bored player. :D

Release Notes / Re: Release 1.4.1 Notes

After some matches I'm starting to like some rebalances:
-Extinguisher is a thing (again), I loved it and now I can go full retard with it :D
-H.Carro is no more the Ultimate Counter against Junkers and Galleons;
-Engineer stamina is quite pointless but this class didn't and doesn't need any buffs (imo);
-The permanent ammo is something I always wanted: I can load lochs & repair stuff now :D
And last but not least:
UI is terribad *@/"(
PLS Muse Fix
<3 Siepe

P.S.
There are some bugs but I know (read: hope) you'll take care of them

There's no way our human mind can understand the true meaning of Lebtr.
Just like the 4th dimension or mines.

Once you solve the Lebtrequation there's no turning back

I don't really like the changes to the compass or ship health. I used the tick marks between compass direction to give my crew a more accurate direction. For example “target at one tick right of north.”
And with the health I found it helpful to tell my captain how many “bars” of health I had left after a engagement. Over all I feel as though the UI changes are unneeded, and are only there to say “Hay guys look something new and shiny!”
I do agree, hull bar is too short. It is NOT a secondary item so why in the world are you trying to hide it? Because design? Then I shall answer "Because Mines"...
Don't make the HUD too minimalistic: it's a steampunk game afterall
