I've been in a few matches now where one goldfish will sit at range near the floor of the map and lob Lumberjacks into our airbag. Our airbag is perma-dead, their friend takes down our hull armor, and we barely touch the ground before exploding.

There is nothing to counter this. All you have to do is sit back at range and lob lumberjacks to win.

Yes, we have been trying various combinations against this tactic. No, nothing as worked.

Either nerf the lumberjack damage, reduce airbag repair/rebuild timer, reduce Lumberjack clip, reduce Lumberjack RoF, or damage on contact with the ground.

[EDIT] Just played with this combination in a match. Using charged rounds, the hull and balloon are destroyed almost simultaneously. As long as their armor is down when they hit the ground, they will die. Which isn't too much of an issue, seeing as the Lumberjack has 5 rounds per clip with Charged rounds and fired semi-automatic.

where was your friendly ship in all this? did you just run out on your own through the air in an all-or-nothing style charge? EVERY ship has a weakness you just need to find it. An ally ship playing snipe/Disabler while you go brawly should work... he takes down the lumbers and you run in causing their lumbers to do next to nothing damage wise. then you can toy with them while they try and flee the situation... and also on a side not. Demanding the creators to do something will NOT make it happen, this is their baby in a way. Don't insult their child's flaws.

Everyone is talking about an insta-kick feature and how it could be abused. why not have a VOTE-to-kick feature. everyone decides how the person is behaving and wether or not its worthy of a kick? almost all the players i've met are clever individuals with a sensible manner and do not seem like they would be prone to abusing such a power.

With tarcide they could make it change the mechanics to perma-hull.... Say instead of damaging it, it forces the amrour repair to take longer? XD

+1 would love to see that. it wouldn't look too messy on the hud but would provide a hell of a lot easier time for an engie.

Just a little note from me, bu you didn't put burst in the suggested for the mortar. That kinda shocked me tbh, i refuse to use anything but in mine, i find the AOE to be very beneficial on a high ammo clip splodey gun. What tare your reasons behind this?

They also seem to have a mallet (sometimes?) when they are gunner...

so if a pilot had two of his mates as engies and wanted a third he'd get a gunner, making him want to get one of his mates as gunner so AI has all the engie perks and his mate uses the gunner ammo

This may seem stupid to some more experienced players but what if we could have a system where the captain could decide what his/her AI's were? i know there are some pilots just can't live without 3 engies while i know some that can deal with 1 and have 2 gunners.
