None of my payments are showing up late or unpaid, so I know my owl is delivering them, but I have concerns about the security of this method of mailing. Do you have any small anklet trackers I could use to make sure my owl is only taking my payments to their posted recipient?

If we came to your house for dinner, what would you prepare for us?
For the main dish I'd serve up a heaping amount of Shepard's Pie (Beef, Vegetables, Gravy topped with a layer of Mashed Potatoes and cooked.)
Secondarily I'd bring up choice cuts of Blue Australian Lobster and a New York Steak cooked to your preference.
For dessert I'd offer Deep-Fried Cheese Cake with Vanilla Ice Cream or Banana Cream Pie.
You are my favorite person, this sounds amazing. Keep an eye out for us in game.

I think the rise of the lumberfish is pretty indicative of the issue with heavy guns. On a Goldfish, there's usually a spare engy to help with the rebuild and you're maneuverable enough to be able to get out of the line of fire or backpedal constantly if need be. On a Galleon, it's almost impossible to keep your guns up if you face any kind of disabling power and the rebuild is so long your enemy is on top of you by the time you get them back up. I think just lowering rebuild time a little on heavy guns would help a lot.

I was merely providing some background friend, sorry if that offended you.
As for the original topic of this thread,I think a relatively easy solution to this would be a consolidated thread with contact info for team organizers. Even if it's just a thread that says " I am the organizer for team x", where it's explained how send PMs through the forum, would go a long way towards solving that problem.
That's probably the best idea I have for improving the competitive scene. I think a lot of
people are unhappy with how it's currently handled so, let's try to figure out a way to make
it better as a community.

Unfortunately, neither really sees much use. There's also the Currently Available Clans thread on the Dock, which lists the clan leaders for many of the clans.

« on: September 23, 2014, 12:48:10 pm »Wundsalz, I didn't think that the third team ever actually competed, those were pretty hectic times though, so I could have missed/forgotten it. But, regardless, It would have been a VERY brief spike.
I believe that the Paddling, the Brood, and the Raft were all competing in the last Cogs, and all did very well. One of the older Ducks probably remembers the specifics better than I do, but I know from competing against them that none of them were teams to be taken lightly.
