World / Costume Origins

Good evening, all. First off, apologies if this is the wrong forum; seemed like the right one, but I'm not %100 certain. Anyway, I was looking through the shop at all the neat outfits (because in a game with radical airship battles that's obviously what's important) and I was intrigued by the Maddyson and Khovansky Special costumes. Not because they were something I want to rush right out and buy (although they do look very sharp), but because the names and the details on them seemed to indicate that they have some kind of lore-based origin, as opposed to the other costumes which, while excellent, are rather generic. The bird icons seem to be a bird of prey of some kind, which I believe from what little reading I've managed to get done is connected to the Fjord Baronies? In any case, to summarize my ramblings: Maddyson and Khovansky Special costumes, what's the origin for them, if it's based in game-universe lore?

Sorry to necro this thread, but I thought of something on this topic and it didn't seem like a big enough question to merit a new one. Anyway, what about leisure activities? Presumably for longer flights, a given ship might have a crew that works in shifts, what might your average Sky Sailor (Skailor? Aeronaut? Dunno) do during his or her off-hours? Oh, and a question of aeronautical culture: what kind of "sea" shanties might they sing on an airship?
