so-

I think guns of icarus has nailed the steam punk theme, the steam punk weapons and the lore with factions manipulated by players. A good game continues to develop on what it is doing right and will continue to make the great things greater.

the things it does not do well however, the game is not emersive enough, I dont want to sit in a lobby. lobbies are boring. Each faction should have a capital city themed to its unique setting, maybe even just a map of a capital city allowing you to click on each physical options, to customize your ships you select the factions version of a garage/warehouse to make adjustments or click on the pub to go to match selections.

it desperately needs a singleplayer for the world map, something simliar to just cause in the way in which you gain and loose favour for each faction possibly running seperatly from multiplayer. an emersive economy that allows you to personalise weapons ship crew and outfits progressing through the ranks of your chosen faction by gaining favour through actions. i really hope when alliance is released its something to this nature, if so i will spend many hours daily enjoying the truly wonderous game.

So this is just an idea, not even sure if this would be possible.

But it would be really nice to run around a city (capital city if you will) where you can go to a tailor to change your outfit and a hair dresser for the hair, and an armoury for the bits and bobs you take with you on your sky adventures, and then a central hub building where the fights are organised. I think having a bit of freedom when waiting for a game could benefit the experience/gameplay I also feel it could be a beautiful work of art to show off more of this unique theme that the game shows.

I've been playing the game for well over a year so I can't wait to see what the full game will be like!

So these pay pal is down and I've bought a few items here and there from the online store, I love what you are creating it sounds utterly mind blowing! I want to plough a little money into it each month? Cause I have a very disposable income atm, so I would happily give you 20 a month but I don't really want to direct debit it, so I suggest you guys create a little premium bonus that you can buy like releasing a larger selection of ships, not more powerful just keep the game balanced, tbh I wouldn't care if the ship looked amazing and it was bad I would just like to donate some money a little more, maybe you could sell some of your ships on your online store? I would certain pay for the quality and detail you guys put into making these things!
