Feedback and Suggestions / Spam and Annoying Community?

Hi all,
The Game looks really cool and is fun.
BUT.
The time a until a game starts? I dont want to play it anymore before it even started.
Being in a game, while the chat is heavily spammed with jjjjjjjjj or afkhösdfnösdfl... Annoying.
The Voice Chat? People shouting, and insulting stupid and senseless over voice... Even more Annoying.
The fact everyone speaks some language no one else understands? Also annoying, cant you please do something so that you can choose a region where they at least speak english and not some other language?
If you can fix this community issue, This game would be a loot better. A lot.
