Here's a decent solution to clean up this problem:

Simply rework them. People don't enjoy some of the tutorials, mainly due to them being, well, bad. That isn't grounds for removal at the slightest, nor is it even within reason to remove them. GOIO is a complicated game. A complex game to play well most especially. Easy to play, but hard to master.

Narayan, in response to removing it, I'm pretty sure the whole of the Veteran community would be steadfastly against it. Most of the time, they'll do the engineer tutorial and leave off from that, as far as I've seen the 1/3/1 nublets coming in to try their hand at a class they have no experience in. That doesn't mean you remove them entirely, that means you improve them. Make them more efficiet, and far more effective.

Ravioli, he's been baiting you. It's Narayan. You raised the far better points, but... still. He's trying to kindle up a flamewar because it's what he does.

An option that I heard of when discussing this with another player; adding an Average level/ Max level/ Min level to the match list options.

Most max level, 500o+ matches players don't even bother with the matchmaker at the best of times, and stick to the match list. Having that added to the match list might show lower levels that are using match list that they're out of their depth, and higher level players would see that they wouldn't face any form of challenge from it (Ideally). Or else would realize they don't want to get shacked up with a lower level crew.

It may be a patch job, but it's not an awful one.

Personally, I see the world map as being interesting, but ultimately pointless. It's fun to see the bars tick up, but nothing much occurs from it, including the wars. Sure, having your name mentioned is nice... but meh? I suppose that puts me in Hamster's camp, but there are hose who DO heavily enjoy the map gameplay and playing hard in Alliance.

I personally don't see, logically, why a player would lose all of the gold from their faction, but I certainly see them losing a percentage, similar if not identical to the Reputation loss. You've been with the faction for x amount of time, gotten to x rank, you lose y% of gold. Flavor it as you will, you're a privateer who had to book it, you only managed to withdraw that amount from the faction bank, what have you. But Mechanically, the rule would be simple enough, you lose a percentage.

Caps... Caps I'm mixed on. 1: They *do* allow another level of achievement for each level gained in factions. The levels are so distant and annoying to grind for. 2: They *are* a major way to influence the world map, especially for those who just stick to PvP and don't grind in PvE. In PvP, you always get a locked, basic cap on how much you can earn every match, 200. Alliance, I believe, is the same, or at least close. The cap may be there as part of the leveling process, giving something for the player to actually enjoy receiving, as well as to encourage spending early on. The thought is that newer players will do worse, and so may gain less in coins. As such, their cap is lower, making them pleased and encouraging them to spend it when they hit the cap. It certainly locks them to lesser ability to influence the map, but it also means that they have more in the way of instant gratification.

tl;dr: Lose a moderate percentage on changing faction rather than everything, unsure on the cap, but keep/raise it slightly in order to keep it as part of the leveling process.

Bosses have kind of always had this problem, ever since the Beta. Their maneuverability has always been something I personally ahve found issue with, but there's not much you can do to nerf it.

Give them more armor and reduce the issue? Players will just avoid them.
Reduce turn speed? Players would simply go around it and avoid them.
Reduce forward speed? Players would simply outrun it.

Not much that can really be done about it, is the problem. Best scenario; Kill it fast and have your partner support.
