trust me your not that late ... real life has been pinning me down hence why I have not posted an update recently in the last week. I should have time tomorrow or monday to post some updates about roll20 and about the forum rp.

Kaylin would take a few deep breathes as she rested in the beach chair. The captain would look over noticing an engineer gesturing and pointing to a ship in the distance moving forward. "Relax son that is probably just another person waiting for the merchant ship..." "But sir what if it's pirates?" Kaylin would sigh as she mutters, "Pirates are the least of our problems..." She looks at her radio now going off. "Someone here turn the radio on or is it just possessed."

The captain shakes his head, "How long has that thing been broadcasting?" Kaylin tenses up as she snaps, "Don't go scolding me like some overprotective father....god why is it always the noble's fault...I am just as smart as you." She picks the radio up walking near the merchandise and places it on the hood. She kneels down as she starts messing with it, "Captain the device won't turn off...it is as if someone else turned it on!" The captain would sigh as he lowered the ship and landed it on the sands. "Well let's not waste anymore air and fix it then."  The engineer Thomas would come over picking the radio up as the captain and him began messing with it more. Kaylin would sigh as she sat down on the hood and crossed her legs blocking a hole without realizing it.

Kaylin would notice the ship away from them getting closer as she mutters, "If that is a potential customer and we got technology not working properly then we are so dead for our trades."

finally family is gone so its back down to the normal house numbers and not constant everyone wanting everyone.

Alright so i need to get this thing back alive so we can do some fun rp and story development.

I found out tomorrow I will have time right now handling the niece and nephew.

I will post the campaign set up and idea along with story synopsis leaving spoilers out.

Prelude

At the dawn of the industrial age
The power of the machine granted us a great Abundance

but despite our prosperity, we desired more.
And our greed became bloodshed

War raged for decades
fouling the air and poisoning the land

light of our achievements faded

Now at the crossroads of a new age,
We must once again choose our destiny.

After Centuries of darkness,
The spark of Mankind Flickers once more.

It is a rather sunny and hot day in the dunes. A Promethean ship is slowly moving along the bottom of the sand just beneath the sand clouds. A rather young woman wearing a noble light pink dress with a light purple corset sits at the helm of a rugged deck. She takes a few deep breathes as she looks over at the crew managing the hull. Kaylin lets out a sigh as she mutters, "How long till we get to the market....I mean it is on a Mobula with a cantina right?" The captain looks over at her as he smirks, "Ah yes miss Spencer we have the coordinates for the meeting point and it is going to be around here in the next hour. My suggestion is we just relax and enjoy the scenery since no one can really sneak up on this point from the open area." The brunette would just slide her long hair back behind her head as she nodded to the captain and leaned back in her chair resting her eyes.

((Open to anyone...main focus of this rp room is for merchants, pirates, bandits, and tavern rp))

So I am going to start up a forum one but also wanted people to know we can get a decent group to do some rp on Roll20 with the Tephra system.

Tephra is a steampunk rpg that has everything in it to feel as if it is Guns of Icarus. All we need to do is use the Icarus universe instead of the one provided in the book and make all races human.

for those who dont know roll20.net is a free virtual tabletop site.

As for the forum rp I got some story ideas and arcs we can do.

I just want to know who else is interested and what the number is we will be expecting..

I would say be able to post at least once every two days and if you can't just let us know in this chat.

Personality: A kind and caring girl who tends to have a bit of a spitfire attitude. She often tends to become friends with most she comes across and is also known to buy a barrel of ale for her friends of the DAGZ Mercenary Pirate Crew that protects her on her travels to deliver material and goods across the skies.
Secrets: Heir to her house and is the twin sister to her corrupt traitorous brother. Her brother works as a privateer / Pirate on a goldfish for the Anglian Republic in the Northern Fjords.


Bio: Born and raised by a house of prestige and wealth known throughout the land. Kaylin wears a family locket and crest around her neck showing her family house. Her father and mother served under the ruling house as lords for a long time. They helped organize and run the kingdom's Merchant days on Wednesdays for the local villages outside along with aiding the king in the tax collecting.  This made her family a target for many who felt the kingdom was unjust along with making many approve of how they handle the politics of the kingdom.

Word soon got out when they gave birth to twins, Kaylin and Peter Spencer were well known and often causing commotion and issues for the kingdom's guards from running around and playing with the peasant children.

Soon when all started to work together during the industrial wars, Peter decided that he wanted more and wound up kicking the captain of the five person crew on a royal goldfish off the edge to his death. Peter and the smuggled in crew of the Anglian Republic robbed a local merchant vessel and escaped to the Northern Fjords.

Many heard of the young 17 year old's traitorous acts and it took Kaylin and her parents cutting deals and making pleas to show that this was not the actions of their family who has always been loyal to the king. Kaylin has now begun to hang with the DAGZ Mercenary pirate crew to be protected from her brother and other pirates trying to raid her family's trader goods.

When Kaylin turned 25, she soon began doing the trips on her own and taking over the transportation for her family. She has recently been hiring spies to keep tabs on her brother to attempt and avoid his paths along with any other conflicts which usually wind up finding her vessel.

Well if you are looking for roleplayers to join, I am new to the game but have a fair grasp on it and would love to be in a roleplaying group let alone just a group of people who are roleplayers.

If we do characters I wouldn't mind playing a noble who aids her friends maybe in stealing from the rich and giving to the poor.

What is funny is I searched all over for something that was a roleplaying guild in the game but found you guys on the forum then was like I saw that name and searched for it again to request a join.
