I would ring up before hand and ask "what would you like for dinner tonight, Roast Chicken, home made pizza, Pasta of any sort, perhaps something more exotic? Satay Chicken, Smoked trout fishcakes, Roasted capsicums with Moroccan rice and lentils. Any of those?"
