I like the idea! I think if it will be ships defending the castle - it will become similiar to Crazy King match, but with the "castle crew" - sounds more interesting. Maybe for more balance castle crew should be smaller, for example: 3 ships vs 6 men in the castle

I hope it will happen someday)

And yeah, matches of this kind would be shorter, but require more tactic skill and teamwork from captains.
I think it could be interesting even with 3x3 and 4x4.

All is simple - you die only once. If  your ship is destroyed, you appear in lobby and can become the observer, or join the other ship, if it has AI on board. Or leave
Like World Of Tanks system

You're right about "wimpy"
Funny thing is that Gunners have the biggest choise of outfits, but still Khovansky coat is the best)

Talking about bukles



It can be one or two-sleaved, and shouder pads are optional

I must say I'm new to steampunk, so I'm mixing it with some pirate and postapocalypse-biker stuff.

Sorry for bringing up the old topic, but I don't think I need to start the new one.

As someone said before, it wold be awsome to have separate slots for hair and hats (wanna combine cowboy hat with long hair)
It also wold be great to have a choise of a few different faces (3-5 for each gender wold be quite enough).

And here is my concept of the outfit, made for a Gunner, since most of gunner otfits are eather boring or too grotesque IMO. But maybe it's better to make it for all the classes.

Some Post-Apocalyptic stuff with the rusty metal plates, and so..
Some Demonic stuff - horns, spikes, skulls... maybe skulls would fit Post-Apocalyotic too
