HamsterIV's suggestion would solve the problem of forcing people.
Some people just turn off the voice chat and dont look down in the chat often. (especially new players)

So, dear Guns of Icarus community. I suggest that we make that issue an high priority issue for the development-team of Guns of Icarus.

So please if you agree with me that such a function has to be implemented post a "+1" in the topic.
(each of you just once!)

i am not complaining that its only me that loses. its also my enemies that lose and make the game not worth it playing. as captain i have 122 wins 44 loses. so thats not a cry suggestion. its a suggestion to make the game more fun.

did u really try that?
if u did u would know that it works sometimes but most of the times 2nd and 3rd gunners join ingame, so they wont change anymore. or they just dont listen in lobby.
