I had a mod on my computers Minecraft that let you build your own airship however you wanted and attach a helm to it, it allowed you to fly the ship all over the world, I had a crew, beds, cannons, and then, alas, my brother updated minecraft and a new version of the mod was never released.

Ahh man, brutal :/ You could always install a standalone, older version of MC to use all the cool mods on

Hey, in minecraft you can press f2 to screenshot, which would make this a lot easier to see.

I would have, but I did this on the Xbox version.

Forgive me if it has been mentioned already, but what about this being a game type: Capture the Carrier? Say each team has one massive carrier (armed with AA guns), but the players can only fly the planes it launches. The idea would be to try and fend off the enemy team's fighters from trying to destroy the AA guns on your carrier before landing on it to capture it and win the round and visa versa.
