I was thinking a system like the fast-and-simple commands that are in Battlefield 3 or Dota 2 where u press a button and a list of commands pop ups and u select them with the mouse...
I was thinking about a list of simple commands like:
Behind us!
Above us!
Below us!
In front of us!
Right side!
Left side!
...and so on... and this commands appears to all the crew/team on the top of the screen
