The Docks / Joining up

I just played with a few Cake people and they seemed like a fun bunch. How do I go about trying to join up? Usually I play pilot, but I'll play gunner if I dont feel like thinking so much. In game name Z Draxis, steam name Draxis.

Also, I've seen both -Muse-Cullen and James T. Kirk in game, is that the same person?
