Feedback and Suggestions / Boarding Parties

I am very new to the forum so I dont know if this suggestion has been talked about yet. Wouldnt it be cool if they added the ability to board the enemy ships? I know it would be an entirely new mechanic and what not but that would add a huge layer of depth to the game. You wouldnt have to give every soldier a gun, maybe just a sword of some sort. Anyways I think that would be awesome and if you died then after a certain period of time you could re-spawn back on your ship. You could also destroy the enemy ship from the inside out if you boarded. Anyways thats my take on it what do you guys think?
