Feedback and Suggestions / Post-match Stats screen & better in-game notifications

The title says it all really, I just think it would be really cool to be able to see who repaired the most/did the most damage/etc, simple KD between teams and ships, and maybe in the future some kind of meaningless awards system? It's always fun to know how you did and how you can do better, not even in a pro way 
Also regarding in-game notifications, it would be nice if it let you know in rather larger text maybe even for a few seconds that your ship destroyed an enemy ship (maybe defining which gun destroyed it too, and giving assists to other ships?), and even if your teammate has destroyed an enemy or vice versa I think it would all be really useful information to have pop up in-game!
As another thread has already said though, the community on this game is absolutely fantastic! Grand job
